The FICC Credit Technology team supports the Bank's global Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities (FICC) business, with a specific focus on electronic trading of credit products, including corporate bonds and credit derivatives. The role involves deg, building, and enhancing low latency trading platforms, client connectivity solutions, and systematic trading capabilities used across global credit markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain credit eTrading systems, including pricing engines, RFQ workflows, and automated execution components.

• Build and enhance client connectivity solutions using FIX protocol and bilateral connectivity models to distribute pricing and handle electronic requests.

• Partner closely with credit traders, quants, and sales teams to deliver scalable, high performance technology aligned with market needs.

• Contribute to the architecture and development of shared eTrading services used across the broader FICC organisation.

• Support end to end system lifecycle, including design, build, deployment, testing, and production stability.

Desirable Skills & Attributes

• Degree Educated in a relevant field: Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Statistics ETC...

• Between 1-5 years experience working onsite at a Bank, covering Risk/Front Office/Pricing/Credit ETC...

• Interest in electronic trading, market microstructure, or credit products.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid learning curves.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills across global teams.

• Exposure to data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, or concurrency concepts.
