Description

One of TEKsystems largest investment banking clients is seeking to hire a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Technical Consultant to join their Global Commercial & Investment Banking Technology team. This team's main focus is building/improving productivity tools for investment bankers around the world. The client is looking to expand his teams in Dublin and New York to meet demand for some newly funded projects around use cases for automation projects to create business efficiencies for bankers. Skillset: • RPA Technical Consultant: looking for a blend of strong hands on technical skills the tools outlined below, but must also possess business-side level communication skills o Strong track record of automation delivery using RPA stands for Robotic Process Automation (UI Path preferred, open to Blue Prism or similar), PEGA, ALTERYX, Tableau, Python development, API integration experience. Experience • Experience driving technology projects in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, or Capital Markets. • Proven track record leading automation and workflow transformation initiatives at scale. • Strong experience working in global, multi location delivery environments. • Demonstrated success working with senior stakeholders and complex delivery dependencies. Technical Awareness • Solid understanding of automation and workflow concepts (e.g. orchestration, integrations, data sourcing, document automation). • Familiarity with modern enterprise platforms and delivery models (cloud, APIs, low code/workflow tools). • Ability to challenge solution design constructively and ensure alignment to business outcomes. Soft Skills • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation. • Strong problem solving, decision making, and delivery ownership mindset. • Comfortable operating in fast paced, high change, and high accountability environments.
