UI Designer

• Lead high-quality UI design across MyDay, setting a clear visual standard for colleague experiences
• Champion brand, accessibility, and usability while pushing modern UI best practices
• Challenge and elevate colleague experiences to the same standard as customer-facing products
• Translate complex requirements into clear, modern, pixel-perfect interfaces
• Own UI quality end-to-end, from concept and prototyping through to developer handover
• Confidently package and present design outputs with senior stakeholders and partners

• Promote user-first thinking across product, tech and business teams
• Participate in and run collaborative workshops to solve problems and align teams
• Participate in regular design forums, reviews and showcases that connect work to user and business outcomes
