VIP Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with VIP clients with a portfolio up to 200 players
  • Increase player activity in term of deposit amount on a quarterly basis
  • Ensure seamless, personalized service and memorable experiences
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
  • Ensuring that promotions are consistent, timely, attractive, cost-effective, and relevant and aligned with other areas of the business.
  • Finding the cause as well as the appropriate course of action in order to reactivate churned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal Payments and CRM to ensure top-tier service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in VIP/client relationship management for at least 1 year
  • Discretion, diplomacy, and a customer-first empathetic mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high level of professionalism
  • English and French language fluent
