Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing using many different CV databases, Social Media platforms and job boards in order to find the right candidate;
- Communication with candidates with regards to their queries via phone, email and social media;
- Pre-screening, shortlisting and assisting job seekers throughout the process
- Processing reference checks on job seekers
- Updating and maintaining records of communications on our Recruitment Database and other Recruitment Selection tools.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Any other ad hoc requests related to the employeeâs position, that may be required from time to time
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter within iGaming or Fintech industry, especially in an agency envrinoment.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, qualifications, and trends in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
