Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing using many different CV databases, Social Media platforms and job boards in order to find the right candidate;
• Communication with candidates with regards to their queries via phone, email and social media;
• Pre-screening, shortlisting and assisting job seekers throughout the process
• Processing reference checks on job seekers
• Updating and maintaining records of communications on our Recruitment Database and other Recruitment Selection tools.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Any other ad hoc requests related to the employee’s position, that may be required from time to time

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter within iGaming or Fintech industry, especially in an agency envrinoment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong understanding of technical skills, qualifications, and trends in the technology industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
