Senior Executive - Corporate Services
Description
Main duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage multiple client portfolios, addressing their needs promptly manner and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Respond effectively to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal teams.
- Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, Banks, International Tax Unit and VAT Department.
- Handle processes related to incorporations, amalgamations, re-domiciliations, liquidations and dissolutions as well as annual maintenance of the company`s corporate minute files.
- Provide professional services to both clients and intermediaries, at all times.
- Ensure timely billing, fee collection, and effective management of debtors.
- Develop, enhance and retain existing client base, intermediaries and other introducers of work.
- Foster a cohesive team culture within the department while mentoring members to reach their full potential.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures among team members.
- Review and assess the quality of prepared work.
- Evaluate and refine internal and inter-departmental procedures for improved efficiency.
- Assist the Assistant Manager in improving procedures.
- Assist in the coordination of all new business enquiries received.
- Oversee the administration and review of complex client structures.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- At least 4 years experience in a corporate services role.
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related area.
- Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Works effectively with other departments, fostering relationships and ensuring alignment with corporate and organisational goals.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve collective goals.
