Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end setup, optimisation, and reporting of programmatic campaigns. Ensure performance aligns with KPIs and strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Brand, Data) to align campaign execution with broader marketing goals.
  • Agency Oversight: Manage media agency partners, providing briefs, performance targets, and feedback.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and DSP dashboards; deliver insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Budget & Pacing: Track spend across platforms, ensuring efficiency and alignment with goals.
  • Creative Testing: Drive A/B testing of creatives and messaging to improve engagement and performance.
  • Innovation & Best Practice: Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates. Promote innovation and process improvement across the team.
  • Team Leadership: Support junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements:

  • 24 years of experience in programmatic/display marketing.
  • Proficiency with DSPs, ad servers, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimising for ROI.
  • Background in sports betting, gaming, or entertainment is a plus.
