Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end setup, optimisation, and reporting of programmatic campaigns. Ensure performance aligns with KPIs and strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Brand, Data) to align campaign execution with broader marketing goals.
- Agency Oversight: Manage media agency partners, providing briefs, performance targets, and feedback.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and DSP dashboards; deliver insights and actionable recommendations.
- Budget & Pacing: Track spend across platforms, ensuring efficiency and alignment with goals.
- Creative Testing: Drive A/B testing of creatives and messaging to improve engagement and performance.
- Innovation & Best Practice: Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates. Promote innovation and process improvement across the team.
- Team Leadership: Support junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in programmatic/display marketing.
- Proficiency with DSPs, ad servers, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing budgets and optimising for ROI.
- Background in sports betting, gaming, or entertainment is a plus.
