Experience and Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a track record of success.

· Proficiency in both written and spoken French or German is required. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

· Exceptional communication skills with a keen emphasis on empathy and understanding.

· Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
