PSP Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PSP Specialist to support our payment service provider (PSP) integrations team. The PSP Specialist will work closely with the team to facilitate the integration of new payment providers and maintain existing ones. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administrative tasks related to the onboarding and integration of new payment service providers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all necessary documentation is provided and complete for new PSP integrations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with PSPs and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Maintain existing PSP integrations and monitor for any issues.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams regarding PSP integrations.
  • Work closely with the PSP integrations team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of PSP integrations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of payment gateway integrations is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Monday or Jira.
