Marketing Technology Manager (MarTech Manager)
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new marketing technologies to enhance team performance
and improve ROI
Serveas super-user and product evangelist for the CRM tool and a variety of
other digital tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of
marketing technologies
Manageandmaintain marketing technology platforms and systems, including
CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
Analyze and report on marketing data to provide insights and recommendations
for continuous improvement
Setstandards for campaign analytics and monitoring the activities of the
marketing team
Leadtraining sessions for team members on new and existing marketing
technologies and tools
Translate the marketing requirements to a technology implementation
Creating default campaigns and coaching the marketing teams
Workclosely with the IT team and developers
Maincontact for marketing tool suppliers
Stayup-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices,
and apply them to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in computer science and a graduate degree in marketing
or business. Alternatively an agency background or working for a CRM solution
provider
Ageneral expertise with a wide variety of marketing software, including CRM
platforms, marketing automation platforms, Communication tools (email, SMS,
IVR), analytics tools and CMS
Experience with Xtreme Push is a plus
Strong understanding of data analytics
Proven track record in project management
Experience with lead nurturing and scoring
Ability to gather the business requirements to justify a particular piece of
marketing software
Familiarity with web development technologies
Working smoothly under pressure, with communication that should be equally
effective with IT, marketing, and management
Experience in managing vendor relationships
Theability to multitask XXXX XXXX to deadlines
Fluency in English is require
