Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive player growth in Switzerland, Turkey and any future markets.
- Identify and prioritize key acquisition channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, affiliates, and media buys.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure the professional development of team members.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of acquisition campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and player acquisition.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and reach in Switzerland and Turkey.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the iGaming sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior acquisition role within the iGaming industry, with a strong emphasis on the Swiss market.
- Existing network and relationships within Switzerland are essential.
- Experience or networks in Turkey are a significant advantage.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, or Turkish is a plus.
