Executive - Corporate Services

Description

Main duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage multiple client portfolios, addressing their needs promptly manner and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain an organised and structured filing system for client documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, management and internal sources effectively.
  • Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, banks, the International Tax Unit and the VAT Department.
  • Handle processes related to incorporations, amalgamations, re-domiciliations, liquidations and dissolutions as well as annual maintenance of the company`s corporate minute files.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • At least 2 years experience in a corporate services role.
  • A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related area.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member, contributing positively to group dynamics.
  • Communicates openly with team members and other departments, fostering cooperative relationships to achieve collective goals.
  • Shows enthusiasm for learning and taking on new responsibilities, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth.
