Digital Marketing Specialist :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion. This role will focus on SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SMM (Social Media Marketing), and SMO (Social Media Optimization) to enhance our online presence and deliver measurable results across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Track SEO performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Social Media Marketing (SMM):
- Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content tailored to each social media platform.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce shareable content and videos.
Social Media Optimization (SMO):
- Optimize social media profiles to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Improve follower growth, engagement rates, and brand awareness.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all social channels.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive lead generation and sales.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to meet KPIs and ROIs.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Track email performance metrics and optimize content and design for better results.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve marketing goals.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new digital marketing tools or strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SMM, and SMO.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and social media management tools.
- Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
