What You Will Do:

  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of the promotion calendar.
  • Develop marketing content and manage the design of campaign assets.
  • Segment customer databases based on defined criteria to customize marketing communications.
  • Create bonuses and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and implement CRM campaigns targeting customers at different lifecycle stages across multiple channels.
  • Track and analyse customer behaviour and trends using CRM tools and analytics to identify opportunities.
  • Report regularly on KPIs related to customer engagement and retention, providing regular updates.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks.

Your Experience:

  • At least 6 months in a CRM role within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of player bonuses and promotional mechanics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret trends to make informed decisions.
  • Content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing copy.
  • Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop or similar design software is a plus, but not essential.
