What You Will Do:
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of the promotion calendar.
- Develop marketing content and manage the design of campaign assets.
- Segment customer databases based on defined criteria to customize marketing communications.
- Create bonuses and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and implement CRM campaigns targeting customers at different lifecycle stages across multiple channels.
- Track and analyse customer behaviour and trends using CRM tools and analytics to identify opportunities.
- Report regularly on KPIs related to customer engagement and retention, providing regular updates.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks.
Your Experience:
- At least 6 months in a CRM role within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of player bonuses and promotional mechanics.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret trends to make informed decisions.
- Content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing copy.
- Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Familiarity with Photoshop or similar design software is a plus, but not essential.
