Head of Operations

We are looking for a Head of Operations to hit the ground running in our Cyprus office, based in Limassol.

Role:

  • Manage the Operations team covering the VC and Portfolio companies.
  • Setting processes and procedures.
  • Continuously improving processes and upskilling staff.
  • Monitoring the team, setting KPIs and holding the team accountable for their output.
  • Retrospective monitoring of chats and email exchanges to suggest improvements.
  • Reviewing agreements and documentation before it is sent out to ensure clients receive an optimal service.
  • Ensuring good communication between all relevant departments.
  • Continually expand the role and grow within the company.

Requirements:

  • Experience of Fintech operations, ie from an EMI or Payment Institution.
  • Experience of dealing with B2B customers, rather then retail customers.
  • Experience of using any of: Intercom / Jira.
  • Proven experience in managing a team both office based and remote.
  • Ability to adjust and adapt swiftly to varied tasks and responsibilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
