The responsibilities
- Responsible for managing partnership with existing and new game providers, taking ownership of exclusive releases, network promotions and bonus allowance.
- Owning the content delivery roadmap and onsite placement of casino and games. Using experience to deliver exactly what the customer wants.
- Responsible for managing the day to day of our casino brands.
- Manage CMS and other product and casino related tools.
- Work closely with CRM, VIP, Design, Player Experience and other departments to ensure we create the best casino experience for our players.
- Be the point of contact for account managers of casino providers, including working closely with the finance team for invoicing.
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and industry trends such as games mechanics and logics, latest releases and represent the company at industry events.
- Take part in innovative projects when required to improve our overall offering.
Skills, Competences, knowledge and qualifications
- 3+ year experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Previous experience with iGaming BO will be considered as a plus
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-learner, curious and enthusiastic working in a fast paced company.
- Great flexibility working in cross functional and other side casino related projects
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills to deal with internal and external partners.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.
- Deep understanding of casino games and player behaviors especially across nordic markets.
