Art Director
Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing the overall visual style and art direction of the live studio, leading the design team to achieve creative goals.
- Collaborate with senior management and production teams to determine the visual concept and style of the project.
- Supervise the work of the design team to ensure consistency of all visual elements.
- Review and provide design feedback to guide team members to improve the quality of their work.
- Manage the design projects budget and timeline
- Interviewing and training new designers to improve the overall level of the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, art, or related majors, master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the design field, including more than
- 2 years of management experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent creative ability and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
