2nd Level Support
Description
Requirements:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently as well as part of a team
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues
- Excel at technical data integrations
- Handle escalated support issues via Zendesk
- Keep documentation up to date
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensures standards and requirements are met throughout
Experience (2-year minimum) with
- proficient MySQL (can write good structured SQL statements, understands DDL and DML)
- basic Unix familiarity (grep, sed, vi, file permissions, cron, etc )
- Previous experience (preferably in Gaming) would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Zendesk and Jira would be a plus.
- The ideal candidate would have previous experience or a sound understanding of Data Analytics and BI
Employment conditions:
- on shift basis 1st (8 am to 5 pm) or 2nd (12pm to 8pm)
