Description

Requirements:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently as well as part of a team
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues
  • Excel at technical data integrations
  • Handle escalated support issues via Zendesk
  • Keep documentation up to date
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Ensures standards and requirements are met throughout

Experience (2-year minimum) with

  • proficient MySQL (can write good structured SQL statements, understands DDL and DML)
  • basic Unix familiarity (grep, sed, vi, file permissions, cron, etc )
  • Previous experience (preferably in Gaming) would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk and Jira would be a plus.
  • The ideal candidate would have previous experience or a sound understanding of Data Analytics and BI

Employment conditions:

  • on shift basis 1st (8 am to 5 pm) or 2nd (12pm to 8pm)
