Must:- Several years of experience in technical and personnel management of software or security teams

• In-depth knowledge of protocol design, cryptography, and applied security
• Experience in software engineering; practical experience with Rust is a plus
• Experience with threat modeling and security audits
• Familiarity with current research in cryptography and protocol security
• Bonus: experience in the field of formal verification
• Ability to define and implement the team roadmap in line with strategic goals
• Strong communication skills; able to convey complex technical issues to different target groups
• Independent, structured way of working with high quality standards
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
