Must:- Strong technical foundation with deep frontend expertise and platform experience

• Proven track record in engineering leadership, including team management and organizational scaling

• Experience leading distributed engineering teams across locations and time zones
• Operational clarity with a focus on delivery predictability and system reliability, combined with strategic foresight
