We are part of the Deloitte Fast 50 and recipients of the Microsoft Digital Transformation Award, and we work with both startups and multinational enterprises in Manufacturing, Automotive, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and many other industries. 🎯Your mission You will orchestrate complex, multi-team flagship AI projects across our organization and client structures - to bring success and business value to our clients both through shaping the solution during presales activities and driving the execution with the highest quality standards. 🧩 Your main responsibilities Own project delivery for complex AI projects (multi-team, multi-stakeholder) from scoping through delivery, scale-up, and upsell. Shape technical solutions : requirements discovery, solution design and delivery plan, complex assessments, risks, and C-level presentations. Drive end-to-end delivery : Agile methodology, scope and risk management, change control, budget, and security governance. Coordinate cross-domain work : across multi-regional teams and practices to external delivery partners. Ensure production-grade outcomes : scalable infrastructure, observability, model monitoring, and value metrics (adoption, ROI). Manage stakeholders : expectation setting, escalation handling, clear communication, and decision facilitation across teams. Support and motivate the team : give feedback, encourage growth, and resolve issues effectively.
