Senior ML Engineer

Filuta AI is a Czech technological startup focusing on creation of AI planning agents for Automotive, Gaming QA and many other fields. Currently there are more than 35 of us. We are in seed round, and we plan to get into Series A at the end of 2026. We would like to strengthen our ranks with a new ML engineer, who will help us deliver value to our automotive customer – one of the biggest brands in automotive in Europe. We are looking for someone who has a “maker’s attitude” - someone who knows their field of expertise and applies it to the benefit of the customer, proactively pushing the development process when the need arises. Typical tasks in the role: HMI / Visual testing – graphical elements detection, building and fine-tuning visual models, using existing models

• YOLO, RF-DETR, Visual LLMs,.. Implementing models to our pipelines and combining results from visual and detection models Coding sustainably in quick and iterative environment Coding efficiently (Claude) with no impact on quality / readability of code Communicating and cooperating with broader team
• research, backend, frontend,.. Required qualifications: Proficiency in Python Practical understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, frameworks, and libraries Master's or PhD degree in math, computer science, statistics or other ML-related fields. Nice to have: Experience in MLOps (building and deploying machine learning models in production).
