Mobile Growth Specialist

As a Czech-based company, Livesport is proud to offer innovative digital products to sports enthusiasts worldwide through our popular app Flashscore. With over 130 million active users , we aren’t just a livescore provider; we are a global sports destination. We are looking for a Mobile Growth Specialist who doesn't want to be just another "coder" following JIRA tickets. We need a product-minded partner who will take full ownership of the experimental cycle for our mobile apps. In this role, you won't just tweak buttons,  you will use AI-driven development to rapidly prototype and deploy experiments that fundamentally change how millions of fans experience sports. This is a full-time position offered in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days HO). What will you do? End-to-end ownership : Managing the entire experimentation cycle for mobile apps - from the first idea through technical prototyping to final production evaluation. Rapid Prototyping & Vibecoding : Actively using AI assistants (Claude Code, Cursor) and "vibecoding" methods to modify native Kotlin/Swift code for fast experiment deployment. Orchestrating the Product : Configuring A/B tests and managing feature flags via Optimizely and Firebase . Strategic Impact : Collaborating with BI teams to analyze statistical significance and translating data into clear recommendations for product evolution and monetization. Building Culture : Documenting experiments in Confluence and educating other teams to strengthen our data-driven mindset across Livesport. What are we looking for? Experimental Mindset : Proven expertise in A/B testing methodology and the ability to think analytically about user behavior. AI-First Approach : Advanced skills in Prompt Engineering. You know how to leverage LLMs to solve technical hurdles and speed up implementation.
