Help us scout venues, coordinate with global vendors, and bring our major industry events to life. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in event management, marketing, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.It is a paid internship, as we truly value the work our interns contribute to Ventrata. Key Responsibilities: Help us plan and execute every detail for high-energy international trade shows, tech conferences, and our massive 100+ person company retreats. Research and secure diverse event spaces internationally; assist in the end-to-end selection process for European and American events by analyzing venue capacity, local amenities, and regional suitability. You’ll be the point person for our vendors and partners, scouting the best event give-aways and printed materials to make sure everything lands on-site and looks perfect before the doors open. Facilitate event registrations and participant engagement, coordinating with internal colleagues (attendees) and external conference organizers and vendors.
