Rather than running isolated experiments, you will focus on identifying where AI can meaningfully improve how we build products, write software, analyze data, and make decisions — and turn those opportunities into real, repeatable workflows. You will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and leadership to introduce AI into everyday work. This includes areas such as product discovery, documentation, development workflows, internal knowledge systems, automation, and data-driven decision making. A big part of the role is experimentation with purpose. You will continuously explore new AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, and agent workflows, but your goal is always the same: translate experimentation into measurable improvements in speed, efficiency, and quality. You will design practical playbooks, templates, and internal systems that help teams use AI confidently and responsibly.
