You’ll have the space to take ownership, shape processes, and make a meaningful impact in your area of expertise. What you’ll do: Lead the People & Culture agenda for a post-merger organization bringing together two major ticketing platforms under one roof, and help shape one strong, shared culture across the business. Drive the next phase of integration, with a strong focus on team alignment, cultural cohesion, and change adoption in a company of around 120 people. Define and execute a People & Culture strategy that supports business priorities, reflects the company’s stage of growth, and balances long-term direction with immediate business needs. Own and continuously refine the People roadmap, setting priorities based on business impact and making smart trade-offs across a broad HR agenda. Lead and develop a team of 3, while having the space to shape the future structure of the function, including People Operations, People Experience, and hiring.
