Your work will reach millions of users. 💥 And now we're looking for a technically-minded person who bridges the gap between our commercial team (Sales, Account Management, Customer Care) and our Development team. You'll be the go-to person for technical customer issues making sure nothing falls through the cracks between business and engineering. 🎯 What you'll do Answer complex support requests from customers — helping them navigate product questions, integrations, or APIs, via email, chat, and online meetings. Guide customers through technical onboarding and make sure they get up and running smoothly. Own the bug pipeline : validate, reproduce, and prioritize issues before they reach the Dev team. Test the app after each release from a user's perspective, catching problems before customers do. Keep Jira moving - track bugs, feature requests, and technical tasks tracked across teams. 👀 What we're looking for Background & soft skills: Background in customer support or technical support. Strong communicator — you translate technical concepts for non-technical people and the other way around. Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive enough to spot issues before they escalate. Fluent in English. Czech is a nice bonus, and other languages like German, Polish, or Dutch will be a significant advantage. Technical: Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and basic integrations. Experience with bug reporting, reproduction, and QA processes. Familiar with Jira or a similar project management tool.
