About the Role We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our People, Workplace and IT team. In this role, you’ll be on a mission to keep our office running smoothly and help create a workplace where people can do their best work. You’ll support day-to-day operations, coordinate office logistics, and make sure our teams have what they need to move faster and focus on what matters. You’ll collaborate closely with People, IT, Marketing, and team leads across the company. From welcoming visitors to event organisation, your work will have a visible impact on the daily experience of every Rossumer. This is an on-site role. What You'll Do Coordinate daily office operations to ensure a smooth and organized workplace environment Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Support onboarding logistics for new hires Organize internal events, team gatherings, and company-wide meetings Manage Travel Management App - Perk and support employees while traveling Handle incoming & outgoing mail, deliveries (supporting other teams when needed) Manage health & safety and workplace compliance, take part in / organise regular HSE audits in office Identify small process improvements that save time and reduce friction for the team Help with various admin tasks Who You Are Experience in administration, workplace support, or reception (or any similar role) Organizational skills and attention to detail Fluent Czech & English for internal and external communication Ability to work with deadlines, prioritise tasks when needed Friendly and people oriented Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, and basic spreadsheets What Success Looks Like Within 3 Months : You know the teams and our suppliers. You have taken full ownership of the daily "office rhythm." Within 6 Months : You manage suppliers independently. You came up with at least 2 ideas for office initiative. Within 12 Months : You are the "go-to" person for workplace queries and you have successfully organised at least 3
