Project Manager – Magic Madness VR - Victoria VR Prague

We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us coordinate and deliver the development of Magic Madness VR — a competitive multiplayer VR game and one of Victoria VR’s flagship projects. On top of this platform, we develop our own virtual reality games and interactive worlds, along with the tools and systems that support them. We build platforms used for content creation, live operations, and player-facing services, combining VR development with modern web and platform technologies. Our team works on multiple high-impact projects, focusing on building systems from scratch — not just maintaining legacy solutions. We value clear ownership, transparency, and practical execution. One of our flagship projects is Magic Madness VR, a multiplayer VR game available on Steam in early access, alongside a growing ecosystem of internal tools and platforms used across our projects. Your Role As a Project Manager, you’ll act as the central coordination point for Magic Madness VR. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, artists, and stakeholders to ensure that priorities are clear, progress is visible, and delivery stays on track. This role combines classic project management with partial producer-level oversight.
