EMEA Account Manager (Czech & English)

We help companies build speak-up cultures by providing secure, compliant reporting channels for sensitive issues such as fraud, harassment, and misconduct. We are hiring a Mid-Market Account Manager to own renewals and expansion across a portfolio of B2B customers in Europe and the Middle East, including Czech-speaking clients. This is a commercially accountable role. You will be responsible for revenue retention, structured renewal planning, and expansion growth within your portfolio. You will work closely with Customer Success and Sales to translate customer value into long-term commercial partnerships.
