Overview In this role, you will work as a strategic consultant focusing on CRM and MarTech areas. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, design tailored strategies, and provide expert guidance throughout project lifecycles. Your primary focus will be on pre-sales activities (60%) while also supporting project delivery (40%). You will act as a subject matter expert in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and contribute to our MarTech practice development.
