We’re looking for a Talent & People Partner who will not only own and scale our talent acquisition efforts end-to-end, but also help shape the people foundations that allow FaceUp to scale responsibly, sustainably, and with a strong culture. The Challenges That Await You 🧑‍💻 Scale Our R&D Team (Most of Your Focus) Most of your work will be hiring for R&D (Engineering, Product, Design, QA), with teams primarily based in Czechia. You’ll partner closely with our CTO and CPO to define roles, source proactively, and run a process that keeps a high bar while scaling fast. 🌍 International Hiring (Especially the US) We’re expanding globally. You’ll help us build repeatable hiring motions for international markets with a strong focus on the US (primarily for go-to-market roles), including sourcing strategy, market mapping, and an excellent candidate experience across time zones. ⚡ Speed + Quality We’re scaling, but we don’t want “fast at any cost.” You’ll help us build a structured, respectful, efficient process so candidates feel cared for and hiring teams stay unblocked. 🧠 Be the Hiring Partner, Not Just the Messenger You’ll work with hiring managers to sharpen role definitions, challenge assumptions, and improve decision-making.
