Spotify Advertising Business Marketing team mission is to captivate and convert advertisers to connect with billions of fans on our platform. The Director of Spotify Advertising International Business Marketing will lead all our marketing strategy and efforts aimed at deepening engagement with advertisers & agencies in EMEA, JAPAC and LATAM. We are looking for a seasoned business marketer who is passionate about creativity, an excellent collaborator and effective operator. We are a fast-paced company that requires leaders to be able to anticipate, react and activate teams quickly to keep pace with the market. This position reports to the Global Head of Ad Business Marketing.
What You'll Do
Build our B2B brand leadership in EMEA, JAPAC and LATAM. Generate demand for Spotify Advertising among brands, advertisers and agencies Lead a dedicated and diverse team focused on growing demand for Spotify Advertising through core narratives, content, programs, industry tentpoles, and owned events in EMEA, JAPAC and LATAM Develop fresh B2B approaches that are rooted in insights, creativity and desire to breakthrough among competition Have an in depth understanding of the international advertising and marketing landscape with a proven track record of driving local, measurable impact Adept in managing multiple stakeholders in EMEA, JAPAC and LATAM and able to help streamline internal processes to enable teams to do the best work of their careers Be an excellent presenter who will represent the company internally and externally, to executive leadership, at client meetings, events, and industry tentpoles Partner closely with Sales Leadership in developing effective sales marketing programs that achieve ambitious revenue goals. Collaborate with Sales to identify client segment targets and launch initiatives across Enterprise and mid-market audiences Be a proactive ideator and operator who can both come up with ideas and also effectively know how to get them done. Help unblock team in day-to-day tactics while setting long term market strategies Anticipate coming changes in the international advertising market. Be a forward thinker in how we can lead the market Become a trusted leader and partner within Spotify’s advertising business, partnering effectively with Ad Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics, Comms and other XFN teams Be obsessed with the Spotify Advertising platform; become a subject matter expert on our data, ad products, podcasts, measurement and enabling success for our customers Mentor and coach direct team across the globe to develop and deliver creative and effective marketing ideas; create a high performance, growth-minded team culture
Who You Are
BA or BS degree 15+ years of marketing experience in EMEA, LATAM or JAPAC; agency, brand, or business marketing experience a plus A great storyteller, strong strategic thinker, and visible team leader Demonstrates ability to deliver clear, fresh effective narratives and marketing ideas that will resonate and influence marketers, advertisers, small businesses An effective communicator, collaborator and operator who can rally XFN teams to deliver Experience in global marketing, managing a global brand and understanding regional and local business context Experience successfully building brands and activating innovative business marketing ideas. Understanding of the media landscape Ability to present confidently and positively influence senior executives within the company and with clients

This role is based in London We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask XXXX XXXX come in 3 times per week.
