Fullstack Product Engineer – Confidence

“Think it, build it, ship it, tweak it" is at the core of Spotify's product development approach. In the Experimentation product area we are providing Spotify and external customers with Confidence, our platform that enables teams to quickly and safely iterate on ideas, learn from them and make informed decisions for better products.

At Spotify, experimentation touches almost all of our functions from marketing via content management to consumer products, and we’re running several thousands of tests every year. Through Confidence, we're bringing all our learnings and practices to more companies as a commercial SaaS product.

We’re looking for product engineers that are well versed in building products using all kinds of agents - people who love solving problems for our customers and feel ownership of from start to finish using the latest technology and tooling. You’ll use all kinds of AI tooling to deliver and iterate fast. You’ll touch all parts of our tech stack, from our Java backend, to our React-based frontend.

You’ll work in a team with skilled and highly motivated individuals that build Confidence for Spotify and other companies. You’ll work closely with customers, come up with innovative ideas to tackle their problems and build beautifully designed products.

A plus if you have experience building LLM-based features.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and iterate on user-facing features using AI agents such as Claude Code or Cursor. Collaborate closely with customers to identify problems and get feedback on solutions Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver a great experience. Improve performance, reliability, and quality through testing and iteration. Push the envelope on how we use AI tools to deliver faster and better. Take shared ownership of quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in the systems you work on

Where You'll Be

This role is based in Stockholm. We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
