Our Talent Acquisition team is a collaborative, high-impact partner to leaders across Spotify’s Business organization. We work closely with senior partners to understand future needs, shape hiring strategies, and bring in exceptional talent that enables Spotify to grow responsibly and creatively.

What You'll Do
Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers across Spotify’s Business teams to deeply understand talent needs and deliver thoughtful hiring strategies. Drive full-cycle recruiting, from discovery and sourcing through offer — while ensuring a seamless, inclusive candidate experience. Build trusted advisory relationships with partners, offering market insight, pipeline intelligence, and honest guidance to influence decision-making. Source and engage talent proactively using a mix of creative channels, data insights, and relationship-driven outreach. Lead debriefs, create structured evaluation processes, and promote fair hiring practices grounded in Spotify’s Inclusion Mindset. Contribute to global TA programs, process improvements, and knowledge sharing to elevate recruiting standards across Spotify. Represent Spotify’s employer brand with authenticity and enthusiasm — to candidates, partners, and the broader talent ecosystem.
Who You Are
You know how to partner with senior business stakeholders and influence key decisions with clarity and credibility. You are experienced with full-cycle recruiting in fast-moving, high-growth environments. You have a deep understanding of talent markets across EMEA, particularly within commercial and business organizations. You care about creating a fair, transparent, and human hiring process at every step. You have built strong pipelines using a broad mix of sourcing techniques and relationship-building approaches. You understand how to use data to inform hiring conversations and guide partner expectations. You thrive in environments with autonomy, collaboration, and evolving priorities.
Where You'll Be
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden or London, UK. We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask XXXX XXXX come in 3 times per week.
