We are looking for an outstanding Senior Project Manager to join our Design & Build team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle and will run projects that transform our offices globally.
What You'll Do
Project Lifecycle Management Scope & Requirements: Collaborate with diverse business functions to gather workplace requirements that balance business objectives with functional needs. Financial & Timeline Control: Own the scope, schedule, and budget for all assigned projects. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address project risk areas, including logistical issues, timing, budget, and scope. Performance Monitoring: Actively supervise every aspect of project performance against schedules and critical paths, including on-site construction monitoring. Technical Excellence & Design Design Advocacy: Maintain a pursuit for high-quality workplace design and understand how it drives performance. Standards Integration: Incorporate established workplace design and performance guidelines into every build. Building Systems Coordination: Manage the coordination of all building installations and integrations, including structural, MEP, and AV systems. Planning & Compliance: Oversee space planning concepts and navigate landlord-associated applications and technical requirements. Ecosystem & Vendor Orchestration Stakeholder Leadership: Facilitate meetings with upper management and collaborate with partner teams including Real Estate, IT, HR, Legal, and Procurement. Procurement Management: Coordinate Vendor RFPs, write detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs), and negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors. Project Administration: Prepare project status updates, process invoices, and maintain all files for due diligence and financials. Consultant Coordination: Direct the activities of external consultants and technical sub-contractors.
Who You Are
Experienced: 5+ years of meaningful work experience, with your most recent role as a full Project Manager in office transformation or a similar field. Educated: Bachelor’s Degree required; a degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred. Technical: Familiar with architectural drawings, space management solutions, and the use of Project Manager software tools. Global Mindset: Experience working globally with a strong understanding of different international building systems. Communicator: Proficient in spoken and written English with the ability to lead partner meetings and create clear presentations.

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask XXXX XXXX come in > 3 times per week.
