Partner Delivery Lead - Music
Description
Live Music at Spotify is dedicated to connecting fans with live experiences — bridging the world of streaming and the concert floor. Our team works at the intersection of Spotify's massive listener base and the live events ecosystem, helping fans discover, access, and attend the shows they love. The Partner Operations team sits at the heart of the Live Music business, leading customer success for our live event affiliate program and owning the operational infrastructure that keeps our ticket partner ecosystem running and growing. We operationalize new business offerings — which means we take things that don't yet have a playbook and build one. We're metrics-driven and KPI-focused, and we actively invest in AI tooling and modern ops practices to stay efficient as the program scales. We're at an inflection point. We're currently standing up operations for a major new offering, with a significant scaling push expected in H2. It's a rare opportunity to join a team mid-build — where your fingerprints will be on the systems, processes, and outcomes that define how this program grows. If you're someone who gets excited by turning ambiguity into structure, and you want to work somewhere that takes both live music and operational excellence seriously — this is the team.
What You'll Do
Oversee setup, execution quality, and operational health of campaigns globally. Design quality assurance frameworks and intelligent escalation pathways to reduce risk. Build scalable infrastructure through offshore support models, third-party tooling, and AI-enabled workflows. Manage partner escalation and communication workflows with CS and external partners. Develop process documentation, troubleshooting frameworks, and partner guidelines. Identify and implement AI tooling to reduce turnaround times across SLA management and partner communication. Build automation in CRM and workflow systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira). Serve as connective tissue across BD, Marketing, Product, CS, Finance, and external partners.
Who You Are
You have a proven track record of building and scaling operational systems. You understand campaign operations and live event ecosystems. You're experienced working cross-functionally with R&D, BD, and Marketing teams. You have strong attention to detail and can spot scaling risks before they become problems. You're comfortable with SLAs, KPI tracking, and reporting. You have hands-on experience with workflow tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, or Coupa. You're genuinely curious about AI and automation as levers for operational efficiency. Bonus: you’re familiar with marketing channels, and affiliate programs.
Where You'll Be
We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the EMEA region as long as we have a work location. Excluding France for now due to on-call restrictions. This team operates within the Central Eastern time zone for collaboration.
