Senior Analyst, ITP EMEA Accounting

This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to expand your global skills and bring value to our daily operations. You'll be part of a fantastic Accounting team, collaborating closely with finance teams and business stakeholders worldwide in a dynamic, global environment.
As part of the EMEA Accounting team, you will manage daily Accounts Payable operations for the EMEA region, from the processing of invoices to executing payments to vendors world wide and participate in month end close activities. Your role involves resolving obstacles and supporting both the business and vendors to ensure timely payments and accurate accounting.
What You'll Do
AP Process Expertise: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for EMEA invoice processing, mastering regional exceptions and Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure accurate and timely processing of EMEA transactions. Outsourced Management: Oversee and manage the performance and business outcomes of Spotify's outsourced AP operations. Transaction Oversight: Coordinate, review, and approve AP transactions. Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and bottlenecks. Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, effectively addressing any issues that may arise. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Advise various business owners on finance policies and system processes, collaborating closely across the Finance function. Project Involvement: Participate in system enhancements, User Acceptance Tests (UAT), ad hoc analysis, projects, and support internal/external audits within your dedicated area.
Who You Are
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent, coupled with 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within a large international organization. You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a focus on relationship-building, and a customer service mindset where problem-solving and long-term benefit are key. A tech-savvy individual with experience integrating new technologies into practice. Results-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of effectively prioritizing and communicating, even under pressure. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and view challenges as opportunities for both process improvement and personal growth. Highly proficient in written and spoken English. Experience with Netsuite, Coupa and e-invoicing is a plus.
