Project Manager – Technical & Industrial Projects

We are looking for a driven and communicative Project Manager for an assignment in a technical and industrial environment, with a focus on medium voltage switchgear and power distribution solutions. The role combines end-to-end responsibility for your own projects with support to senior project managers in larger and more complex initiatives. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, contributing to structure, progress and effective collaboration across multiple interfaces. This assignment is well suited for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable managing parallel tasks, and enjoys working close to both technology and people. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical projects from initiation to completion
• Support senior project managers in complex and large-scale projects
• Act as a key interface towards customers and suppliers
• Ensure delivery according to scope, schedule, cost and quality
• Apply established project methodologies, processes and tools
• Drive structure, prioritization and progress within assigned projects
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, dependencies and deviations Required Profile
• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within power, electrical or industrial environments
• Experience working closely with customers and suppliers
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• SAP experience is mandatory
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory Required Competencies
