Sales Executive (Printing Services)

Give a new boost to your commercial career within the Integrated Communication Solutions (ICS) division of XBP Europe, where innovation, technology, and customer excellence come together. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in the growth of a comprehensive portfolio of printing, mail management, marketing technologies, and integrated communication solutions.
You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing complex sales cycles with key accounts, and positioning the company as a strategic partner for organizations seeking scalable and data-driven communication solutions.
Main Missions:
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy in line with the solutions of the Western Europe region and the company's growth objectives.
- Full Sales Cycle: Identify, qualify, and convert complex opportunities by managing the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to workshops, through solution design and feasibility demonstrations (POC).
- Acquisition (New Logo): Win new accounts in accordance with the growth strategy of the omnichannel communication solutions portfolio.
- Pipeline Generation: Feed the business flow through proactive business development, strategic account planning, and sustained market engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales teams and stakeholders (marketing, product, operations, customer support) to provide solutions.
- Market Watch: Monitor emerging trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
- Technical Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of products and services in order to clearly articulate technological added value to customers.
- Performance Data-Driven: Use data to track your performance, identify areas for improvement, and exceed your revenue targets.
- Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and encourage contract renewals.
Profile sought: Experience and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and/or direct sales, ideally in the sectors of printing, mail management, marketing services, or integrated communication.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong mastery of printing solutions (traditional and modern) and technologies supporting modern communication workflows.
- Consulting Approach: Proven ability to identify client complexity points to offer tailored solutions.
- Results: Demonstrated success in selling omnichannel solutions, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Industry Mastery: Deep expertise in the printing and outsourcing industry.
- Complex Sales: Ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for high-level interlocutors (C-level).
- Key Accounts: Proven experience in g framework agreements.
- Network: Significant experience in selling to key accounts (CAC 40 / SBF 120 type or equivalent).
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent. Languages: Professional English required (B2 level or higher).
