We are a fast-growing ABA therapy company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can think quickly, communicate effectively, and follow through to ensure schedules run smoothly for both families and therapists.

The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and takes pride in getting things done accurately and efficiently. You should be comfortable making decisions, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining professionalism in all situations.

Schedule Requirement:

Availability during **business hours (9:00 AM

• 6:00 PM EST)** is required due to coordination with families, therapists, and insurance-related communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate therapist schedules based on availability and client needs
• Update and maintain scheduling, client, and therapist data in internal systems
• Communicate with families regarding scheduling changes and cancellations
• Contact families and therapists via phone, text, and email to resolve scheduling issues
• Support onboarding and training of new therapists on scheduling systems
• Make decisions based on internal performance metrics
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency with web-based and mobile applications
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
• High-speed internet required for phone and system use
