Your New Role
It is a HANDS-ON role managing end-to-end operations including allocation movements, contract lifecycle, cost control, timesheet administration, and PO & invoice management.
Responsibilities:
Resource Allocation & Movement Management
Manage and track resource allocation movements, including onboarding, offboarding, extensions, role changes, and allocation adjustments to ensure accurate workforce planning and reporting.
Contract Management
Support resource contract lifecycle management, including contract creation, renewal, amendments, and termination for contingent workers (CW) and vendors, ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual terms.
Cost Calculation & Cost Control
Perform resource cost calculation and tracking, including rate validation, cost impact analysis for allocation changes, and ongoing cost management to support budget control and financial forecasting.
Timesheet & Monthly Resource Administration
Support timesheet creation, validation, finalization, and monthly management for contingent resources, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Purchase Order (PO) & Invoice Management
Support Finance with PO procedures including PO creation, PO tracking, PO receipt, and invoice receipt and reconciliation related to resource and vendor costs.
Who you are?
Must have:
- Solid accounting knowledge: this could be a bachelor’s degree in accounting or previous working in an accounting firm or working in a finance department.
- Solid Excel skill: Preference will be given to candidates with advanced computing skills (VBA, SQL) and experience in automating processes, with experience in handling and analysing large and complex data
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience, prefer to have finance operations experience
