Manager (Wealth Management)

Unity Capital Investments Limited is a growing financial services company committed to delivering trusted and sustainable investment solutions. We are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented professional to join our team as **Manager

• Wealth Management**, with the primary responsibility of mobilizing investments (borrowings) for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and mobilize investments / borrowings from individuals, corporates, and institutional clients to meet company funding requirements
• Actively identify, negotiate, and secure investment funds and borrowings in line with assigned targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate investors
• Promote company-approved investment and borrowing products
• Achieve monthly and annual fund mobilization targets
• Maintain a strong investor pipeline and effective follow-up process
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Coordinate with finance, risk, and compliance teams for proper documentation
• Prepare periodic reports on funds mobilized and investor performance

**Qualifications & Experience**

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in investment mobilization, borrowings, deposits, or wealth management
• Demonstrated track record of successfully bringing investments/funds
• Strong investor and HNI network will be a distinct advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
