Sales Manager

Description

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead partner acquisition in your region and manage a team of SDRs responsible for outbound pipeline generation.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll coach and guide your SDR team while also staying close to the market — meeting business owners, supporting key conversations, and helping close strong partnerships.

You’ll be responsible for building a healthy regional pipeline, improving SDR performance, and bringing new partner businesses onto the Atlas Capture network.

We’re looking for someone with strong B2B sales experience who knows how to lead a team, build relationships with operators and business owners, and move deals forward.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop the SDR Team

  • Manage and coach SDRs responsible for outreach and early-stage pipeline
  • Set clear activity and pipeline targets
  • Support SDRs on discovery calls, pitching, and objection handling
  • Review pipelines regularly and help move opportunities forward

Drive Regional Partner Acquisition

  • Identify and prioritize businesses that are strong fits for capture environments
  • Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Run meetings, negotiate partnerships, and close agreements
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities

Be Active in the Field

  • Meet partners and prospects in person when needed
  • Support SDRs on important meetings and opportunities
  • Help evaluate whether businesses are suitable partners for capture

Coordinate Partner Launch

  • Work with operations teams to bring new partners live
  • Ensure partners understand the process and expectations
  • Maintain strong relationships once capture begins

Maintain Strong Pipeline Discipline

  • Keep CRM and internal systems updated
  • Track opportunities from outreach through signed partnership
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and regional activity

Qualifications

Required

  • Must speak english
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience closing deals and meeting sales targets
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing SDRs or junior sales team members
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working directly with local business owners and operators
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM and pipeline management

Preferred

  • Experience in field sales or local business partnerships
  • Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies
