Senior Network Engineer (Shift Duty)

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and support enterprise network and security infrastructure.
• Perform upgrades, patching, hardening, and performance tuning.
• Support projects, system changes, and production releases.
• Provide second-level incident, problem, and disaster recovery support.
• Maintain network configurations, capacity planning, and documentation.
• Participate in 24/7 shift-based operations.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field, with 5+ years of network engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS.
• Experience with cloud environments and data centre operations.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a high-availability environment.
• Network or security certifications are a plus.
