We are seeking experienced multilingual real estate agents who are fluent in English and either Polish or Spanish (or both). The ideal candidate has prior experience in any real estate market and strong communication skills to assist international and local clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

• Communicate professionally with clients in English and Polish or Spanish
• Assist clients with property inquiries, listings, negotiations, and transactions Provide accurate market insights and real estate guidance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and partners Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) — required
• Fluency in Polish or Spanish — required
• Experience in any real estate market (residential, commercial, leasing, acquisitions, or sales)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
