The Role: Marketing Lead

We are looking for a storyteller. Someone who can take our vision and turn it into a movement. You will be the voice of 10x Talent, responsible for bringing people into our ecosystem through world-class communication and clear, punchy marketing.

While you’ll use AI tools to work faster and smarter, your real power is your ability to write, speak, and dea way that actually moves people.

  • A Growth Mindset: You are comfortable running experiments. You know how to look at ad performance, tweak the message, and go again.
  • High Agency: You don't wait for a to-do list. You see a gap in our marketing, you come up with a plan to fix it, and you execute.
  • Professional and Grounded: You have a level demeanor and can handle the fast pace of a founding team without losing your cool.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  1. Tell the Story: Work directly with the founders to build their profiles and share our mission. You need to be a killer at taking complex ideas and making them feel human and exciting.
  2. Own the Communication: Whether it’s a LinkedIn post, an email, or a website headline, you make sure our message is simple, bold, and clear.
  3. Run the Growth Engine: You aren't just a writer; you're a builder. You’ll run ads, experiment with different social channels, and figure out exactly where our future partners and clients are hanging out.
  4. Design with Taste: You have a great eye. You don't need to be a professional illustrator, but you know what looks elite and you make sure everything we put out reflects that.
  5. Test and Learn: You’ll try new things constantly—new ad hooks, new platforms, new content formats—and double down on what works.
