AI-Savvy Virtual Assistant – Marketing Innovation & Automation

Your Mission

Help us build AI-driven systems across marketing, operations, and internal tools.

You’ll work directly with the COO to design automated ecosystems where:

• AI handles execution
• You bring creativity, structure, and strategy

This is a hands-on execution role, not a senior architect position.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Creative AI Systems

• Build GPTs, bots, and AI agents
• Create automated social media systems powered by AI
• Produce AI-generated videos, images, and creative assets
• Develop structured content calendars
• Write high-quality prompts that elevate AI outputs
• Support AI-driven SEO and discovery strategies
• Design lead generation and outreach systems

Automation, Systems & Workflows

• Identify repetitive tasks and automate them using AI
• Build systems for reporting, scheduling, and coordination
• Create internal tracking dashboards for performance
• Improve business processes through automation
• Support operations with intelligent workflows

Technical Development & AI Systems

• Build and maintain self-hosted applications for platforms such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress, with scalability in mind
• Develop AI-powered tools and software solutions to improve workflow efficiency
• Write and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code for internal systems
• Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Codex or similar) to improve development speed and accuracy
• Design modular, scalable systems that evolve with business needs

Systems Integration

• Integrate and optimize productivity platforms such as:
• Asana
• Cursor
• Hubstaff
• Google Workspace
• Connect tools into seamless automated workflows
• Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through AI and automation

Skills & Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in AI automation, marketing automation, software development, or workflow systems
• Proven ability to build AI-driven workflows, bots, automations, or internal tools
• Experience working with self-hosted applications or CMS platforms (Wix, Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of automation logic, APIs, and systems thinking
• Ability to write clean, scalable code (any modern language or no-code/low-code hybrid approach)
• Experience building end-to-end systems (from idea → build → deployment → optimization)
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (video, images, copy)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written communication (for prompts, documentation, and content)

• AI Video & Creative Tools: Veo, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Sora, Luma, Midjourney
• LLMs: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Automation: Make.com, Zapier, no-code builders

Who You Are

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Developer, or Automation Specialist
• OR background in computer science, systems, or digital operations
• Already using AI tools regularly and constantly exploring new ones
• Creative and design-oriented, but also structured and systems-driven
• Think in systems, not just tasks
• Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial
• Comfortable switching between creative, technical, and operational work
