Solution Specialist
Description
Job Responsibility:
• Collaborate in project solutions delivery for clients needs
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and partners to design solutions meeting clients' needs
• Engage with clients through discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate technology solutions.
• Regularly interact with clients to identify key priorities and develop action plans with the project team.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve challenges for team members.
• Coordinate issues resolution with team members, partners and principals.
• Attend in-person meetings with clients for troubleshooting and issue diagnosis within SLA.
• Develop preventive measures and maintain a comprehensive issue record for future reference.
Job Requirement:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on infrastructure implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in an enterprise or system integrator environment, with
knowledge of Microsoft solutions like Azure and Microsoft 365 as an advantage.
• Microsoft Certification preferred, with a passion for staying updated on cloud solutions.
• Experience in architecting infrastructure solutions using Linux/Unix and Windows in private/hybrid/public cloud and establishing automated DevOps release management pipelines is advantageous.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments, Agile, SCRUM, and Continuous Delivery is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and client handling experience, able to work independently under pressure with changing priorities.
• Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if require.
Self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
