About the role:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (Dutch Speaking) to support our sales efforts in the European market. This is a full-time, client-facing role ideal for someone confident in handling prospects, building relationships, and driving opportunities toward closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate fluently with prospects in Dutch (mandatory)
• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company
• Explain our services clearly and professionally
• Understand client requirements and relay them to internal teams
• Assist in preparing and presenting proposals
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and track progress toward closure
• Build strong relationships and handle initial objections effectively

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with clients via calls and messages
• Ability to simplify and explain business concepts clearly
• Interest in sales, business development, and client communication
• Prior experience in sales, internships, or client-facing roles is a plus
